What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty ensures that your product will be free from any manufacturing defects or faults for one year from the date of purchase. If your item demonstrates any flaws in materials or workmanship during this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

  • Manufacturing defects: Our warranty covers any issues arising from the manufacturing process, such as structural defects, faulty components or craftsmanship errors.
  • Free repairs or replacements: If your product qualifies under the warranty guidelines, we will either repair it to restore its functionality or provide a replacement of the same or similar model, ensuring your continued satisfaction.

What's not covered?

It's essential to understand that our warranty does not extend to cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or neglect. Additionally, any damages caused by non-compliance with our care instructions will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, simply follow these easy steps:

  4. Return or repair: If a replacement is necessary, we will arrange for a new product to be shipped to you promptly. In the case of repairs, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning the item for warranty evaluation will be borne by the customer.
